Fri-Sun May 26 - 29 Red White & Blue Spring into Summer Celebration - This family friendly town-wide event is filled with fun activities all weekend long including local garage sales, performances, exhibitions and workshops at View Arts, family fun at Calypso’s Cove, a family fishing derby, live music, fireworks, great specials and entertainment around town at local shops, restaurants and bars and so much more!  The weekend will close on Monday with a Memorial Day parade down Main Street as we remember the men and women who have fallen while serving our country. http://www.memorialdayoldforge.com/

Fri-Sun May 26 - 28  Annual Great Adirondack Garage Sale - Over 70 miles of Garage Sales stretching from Old Forge, Inlet, Indian Lake to Long Lake. Sales along Route 28 and many side roads between Old Forge, Inlet, and Indian Lake, and Route 30 to Long Lake and Tupper Lake. Find great deals while touring the Adirondacks in springtime!

Fri & Sat  May 26 & 27   Memorial Day Sale at the Goodsell Museum - Gently used items for sale to benefit the Goodsell Museum Fuel Fund. For additional information please call 315-369-3838.

Sat May 27 Annual Kiwanis Free Car Wash - 10:00am- 3pm at Calypso's Cove Parking Lot.. This annual fund raising event provides funds for the administration and operations of all the many Kiwanis children's activities that take place during the year.

Mon May 29  Memorial Day Parade & Wreath Laying Ceremony - Parade down Main Street at 10am with ceremonies at school, fire hall & cemetery. Refreshments after at Old Forge Fire Hall.
