In 1981, I became a licensed New York State Real Estate agent. In 1988 I joined my parents, Jim and Judy Herron in the Family business, which they began in 1976. But the story of real estate really started long before that......my mom and dad owned and operated 2 offices in New Jersey, oddly enough called Herron Realty....which they sold to come to "God's country" Old Forge, the Adirondacks...where you could snowmobile everywhere!!! So basically I had no chance of becoming any thing but a realtor, it's in my blood so to speak.
This year, it was time...for Jim and Judy to begin enjoying more leisure time. Don't worry they will still be around. They both love the real estate business like it's one of thier children. However with 6 grandchildren and one great grandson, maybe they'll take some time to enjoy them and the golf course too!
