Pumpkin Crunch! My Favorite Holiday Dessert and it's so Easy!
1 15oz. can of pumpkin
1 12 oz can of evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups of sugar (I usually use Brown Sugar)
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
(I usually add 1 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice)
Combine all the above, pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup of melted butter
Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture in the pan, then drizzle with the melted butter.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes.
Awesome served warm with vanilla ice cream!
